Každá deska stolu je vyrobena z nízkoslitinové nástrojové oceli, která je dostatečně houževnatá pro použití ve výrobě forem. Po povrchovém broušení a obrábění je každá deska dále vylepšena procesem nitridace QPQ, který zlepšuje tvrdost, odolnost proti korozi a odolnost proti rozstřiku svarů.
Desky na stole lze podle potřeby aplikací přemisťovat nebo odstraňovat; patentovaný systém umístění desek znamená, že rozteče otvorů jsou vždy v toleranci bez nutnosti speciální rekalibrace.
