Engineered to securely align 50 to 150 mm pipe, elbows, tees, and flanges, this 5.3 kg workhorse takes the physical strain out of pipe prep so you can focus on the weld.
CPA120
Large diameter piping demands serious clamping power. The CPA120 is a rugged, heavy-duty fit-up titan engineered specifically for large mains, heavy industrial pipelines, and heavy-wall fabrication. Built to effortlessly align massive 115-305 mm pipes, elbows, tees, and flanges, the CPA120 dominates heavy fit-ups, eliminating the need for makeshift wedges, dogs, and time-wasting screw clamps.
Solves the "Third Hand" Problem
Ergonomic Wide Grip Plates are built right into the frame to minimize hand fatigue. This lets a solo fabricator easily hold and balance the tool with one hand while adjusting heavy pipe with the other.
The "Quick-Acting Lever
Stop endlessly spinning a threaded T-handle. A built-in quick-release button allows the main screw to glide up and down. Just press, slide, and set to lock it down or remove it in a fraction of the time.
Zero-Contamination on Exotic Metals
Alignment screws and contact points are 100% solid stainless steel right out of the box. Instantly clamp onto stainless, aluminum, or exotic alloys without risking rust-transfer or needing slip-on booties.
Eliminates "Hi-Lo" Misalignment
Poor fit-up causes blown-out roots and failed X-rays. This tool uses three fine-adjustment screws to push pipe walls perfectly flush, guaranteeing a highly accurate, code-compliant weld gap every time.
