Pipe on rollers
Rollout plates carry pipe on pairs of Ø 50 mm rollers, so the pipe turns on the welding table. They take 25 mm to 200 mm pipe, and every roller pair has two positions for different pipe sizes.
Two versions: the RLPM120 has one roller pair on a compact base; the RLPM280 has a roller pair at each end of a 365 mm plate and a conductive ground tab rated to 300 A.
Bolt either one to a perforated table top, or clamp it to the table.
Four steps from a bare table to pipe on rollers.
- Bolt or clamp it down - Bolt it to a perforated table top, or clamp it to the table. The RLPM120 mounts through its slotted feet and tab hole; the RLPM280 through the holes in its plate.
- Set the rollers - Each roller arm swings between two positions: narrow for smaller pipe, wide for larger pipe.
- Line up a second plate - Set an RLPM120 in line with an RLPM280 and space the two to suit the job.
- Connect the ground - Screw the ground tab to the side of the RLPM280 and connect your ground clamp to it. It is rated for up to 300 A.
