Shipping outside the EU
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: please order from stronghandtools.com. Our European store can't ship to these countries.
- All other countries: contact us for a shipping quote. Tell us the items, quantities and delivery address.
Shipping to the United Kingdom
These rules are set by HMRC, the UK tax authority, and apply to all orders shipped to the UK.
Orders up to £135 (goods value, excluding shipping)
UK VAT is added at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.
UK VAT-registered business? Enter your UK VAT number at checkout and VAT will be removed from your order. Please also add your EORI number in the order note. You then account for the VAT under the reverse charge.
Orders over £135
We don't charge VAT at checkout. Import VAT, and import duty where it applies, is collected by the courier before delivery. The courier will contact you with a payment link. If the charges aren't paid, the parcel is returned to us.
